Athena Bitcoin plans to contribute more than $1 million to introduce digital money ATMs in El Salvador, particularly where occupants get settlements from abroad, an organization delegate said on Thursday.
As per Athena Bitcoin's site you can utilize their ATMs to purchase bitcoins or sell them for cash.
The firm hopes to continuously introduce about 1,500 ATMs, recruit staff and open an office to do tasks in El Salvador, which in June turned into the primary nation to receive bitcoin as legitimate delicate. The move produces results in September.
El Salvador's President Nayib Bukele "gave us an intense test of 1,500 ATMs, we will go for that, yet in stages. We are a privately owned business and we need to guarantee that our advancement in the nation is supportable," said the company's chief for Latin America Matias Goldenhörn.
Bukele has promoted the cryptographic money's potential as a settlement cash for Salvadorans abroad.
